This is for my current domain kyridian.com needing to change the name servers. I submitted a ticket request (support case 1117025), where initially the Netlify team was helpful. They had me make an account with name.com and ensure the ICANN info was correct, once I did all that I follow up with them to initiate the transfer and they just stopped responding after? I need this transfer done as soon as possible as I need to continue pushing the updated deploys with a different server that doesn’t have a “token cap” like Netlify. Has anyone had any luck on how to get them to finally initiate the transfer? Is it typical for this companies support to be so responsive up until the lastt move where you would be allowed to leave the Netlify service? @clarnx, @moderators,
