I have an existing support case: 1043307.
Site/domain: purrfumecattery.com
This is about purrfumecattery.com, a domain that was purchased through Netlify. Netlify Support replied on June 6, 2026 and asked me to create a Name.com account, verify my ICANN contact details, and send my Name.com account code so the domain could be transferred to my direct control.
I completed those steps on June 6, 2026 and replied in the same email thread. However, the domain still has not appeared in my Name.com account, and I have not received an update about whether the transfer was initiated.
Could someone from Netlify please check the status or help escalate this case?
