I opened support ticket #1049470 five days ago but have not received a response yet.
Domain: kjc-digital.com
The domain was registered through Netlify and is currently managed via Netlify’s Name account. I would like to transfer the domain to my own Name. account so I can manage it directly, configure custom nameservers, and connect it to Cloudflare.
I have already submitted the following request to Netlify Support:
I registered the domain kjc-digital.com through Netlify and would like to transfer it from Netlify’s managed Name.com account to my own Name.com account. I would like to manage the domain directly at Name.com so I can configure custom nameservers and connect the domain to Cloudflare.
Could someone from the Netlify team please check the status of ticket #1049470 or advise on the expected response time?
