Hi, I’ve uploaded a website with the name: insectprotect.netlify.app it worked just fine. But when i change the domain name to a custom domain from namecheap insectprotect.org the website isnt opening and its giving me this error message: This site can’t be reached, insectprotect.org took too long to respond. When I try to open it with .netlify.app domain it works fine. What can be the problem please help !
Hi, I’m curious… has it been over 48 hours since adding your custom domain? If it has not been then this is likely a propagation issue and it will configure on its own.
Hi, it’s working now. It hasn’t been 48 hours but I was confused because it worked once and not when I would try it again. No it seems to be fine. Thank you for your response
