The domain is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team - google domain

I’m trying to deploy a site with my custom domain but when trying to add the domain I get the message “… or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team.”

I do see that the domain has a Netlify DNS Zone, could you let us know what account or site you’re trying to add the domain to when you see that error?

Hi, can you please verify you won this domain following the instruction Mel provided above. When I check for a txt record this is what I see:

Hiya, I have removed the dns zones from the the other account you should be able to use the domain above now.
