The custom domain used in previous account is removed but still I can't use that domain in another account

I had a old account, through which I deployed my nextjs project. There I used the custom domain(ruralco-customer-portal.dev.ruralco.io).
Today, I removed that custom domain from my old account.
Now, I want to use that custom domain to my another project in my new account. But, I get the message as,“ruralco.io or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team.”. I have removed all custom domains from my old account, still it is showing this error.
Please help me urgently.

The custom domain was also used in this netlify site from which I removed : (https://phenomenal-tarsier-000f76.netlify.app/)

Hey there :wave:t6: , welcome to the forums. This is happening because the custom domain you’re trying to use already exists on Netlify under a different account.

This is what I see when I check for a TXT record.

% host -t txt verified-for-netlify.ruralco.io
Host verified-for-netlify.ruralco.io not found: 3(NXDOMAIN)

Please verify domain ownership and let us know by responding here when that’s done. If the verification is successful we can remove the domain from the other account so you can use it on yours.
