My team’s billing cycle renewed on August 2. The Credit balance page shows 300/300 credits available, granted August 2, expiring September 2. The Credit usage breakdown for this new period shows 0 credits used across every category — Production deploys, AI inference, Web requests, Compute, Bandwidth all show “No usage.”
Despite this, the site still shows the red banner “This team has exceeded the credit limit” and the project overview page shows “Project has been paused.” All deploys remain blocked.
I have already tried the usual steps and nothing changes the state. This matches the known stuck credit-flag bug that other Free plan users have reported this month on the community forums (same symptom: new period, full credits, zero usage, banner still stuck).
