Support Ticket #1036950

Pro User, locked out by an automated domain order limit flag. Support Ticket #1036950 has been open for 8 days with zero human response. Need an admin to manually clear the flag.

Issue was resubmitted today in hopes that some person would reply, and none did. This resubmitted version of the issue is Ticket #1042213.

This problem is recurrent. Google Search AI results and other documentation attest that Pro Netlify users may purchase up to 500 domain; I have only 19 and this is the 2nd time I have faced this issue.

I am highly considering moving to Vercel if this stays a repeating issue.

I shouldn’t have to wait to pay for another domain in a velocity series (it was the fourth and final domain I needed to acquire).

Now, instead, the fourth and most critical custom domain has been exposed, and sitting available for someone else to capture it.

This is not good customer service, at all.

I would expect more from Netlify, but I guess I can’t.

Same old stuff, different company.
