Super Long Processing Time

Apparently one of my sites has been processing since yesterday. This is not normal behavior for that website. My concern is I don’t want to get a super high bill for build minutes because of it. API ID

If you are concerned about your latest build, there are several ways to mitigate this issue. You can stop a build by following the instructions here: Stop or activate builds | Netlify Docs

You can also update your site by running a build locally with the CLI and then creating a deploy manually with the CLI or the API.

You can stop a deploy by following the instructions here: Manage deploys | Netlify Docs. I would recommend reading more about the upside and downside to these methods.

My question was specifically about processing. The build was complete & it’s stuck on “Finished processing build request in 17m16.638514156s”. I’ll stop and restart the build but I just want to be sure I don’t get charged for an astronomic amount of build minutes.

Not sure exactly what happened on that build you cancelled - our internal log service is not behaving well at the moment so I can’t look it up - but it seems from your deploy listings for that site, to have been a one-time event? If so, let us know if it happens again and we’ll be happy to investigate more deeply. If not, let us know and we can look a bit deeper now!
