Subject: Cannot provision SSL cert — "certificate parameter is required when updating an existing certificate"

Hi Netlify Support,

I’m unable to provision a Let’s Encrypt certificate for my custom domain.

Site: sparkly-vacherin-97891f.netlify.app
Custom domain: liberastrohealthcare.com (primary), www.liberastrohealthcare.com
DNS provider: External (GoDaddy)
DNS records: A @ → 75.2.60.5, CNAME www → sparkly-vacherin-97891f.netlify.app

DNS verification passes with a green check. But clicking “Provision certificate” returns:

“certificate parameter is required when updating an existing certificate”

For context, I created a duplicate site by accident earlier and deleted it, so I suspect a stale certificate record is stuck on the backend and the system is trying to update it rather than create a new one.

Could you please clear/reset the SSL certificate state for this site so I can provision a fresh certificate?

Thank you.
