What else do I need to do here to get the root domain to redirect to www. ?

@mortond I see that your sub-domain loads but your apex domain doesn’t. I can’t see a problem in your DNS setup, though. Looks as though someone from Netlify is going to have to take a look.

i’ve asked our DNS pro luke to take a look at this when he comes on shift later today, we’ll try and figure out what is going on.

Hi, @mortond. There was nothing wrong that I could see either so I tried the “Renew certificate” button on the HTTPS settings page (under Site Name > Settings > Domain management > HTTP).

This updated the certificate the first time I tried. In the future I would recommend testing by clicking that button to update the SSL certificate as a first troubleshooting step.
