Subdomain Awaiting External DNS

I have a domain here with Netlify DNS but i add a subdomain and it is 2 days on Awaiting External DNS and the domain isn’t working, how do i fix this?

Could you share the site url that you’re having issues with? Such as example.netlify.app. Or provide the subdomain?
