Hi Netlify Team,
my team is showing the banner: “Your site is now running on operational credits — production deploys and Agent Runners are paused.”
However, under Usage & Billing I can still see most of my monthly credit remaining, specifically 27.4 out of 30.
This looks like the known “stuck operational-credits flag” bug that has been reported by several Free-plan teams in the support forum since July/August 2026 (multiple threads showing the exact same pattern: banner appears despite barely any credit being used).
Could you please reset the flag on my team so I can run production deploys again?
