Our team (slug: info-uoywxha, project: iqspace-com) is stuck with the “running on operational credits” banner. Production deploys and Agent Runners are blocked, even though the Billing page shows 30/30 credits available for the current cycle (Sep 11 – Oct 10).
This looks like the same known issue reported here:
Could you please manually reset the operational-credits flag for our team so we can resume deploying?
