Hi Netlify team,
My Free plan team is showing the banner “bctsteenhoek’s team is now running on operational credits — production deploys and Agent Runners are paused”. However, Usage & Billing shows 29 credits available (Free plan, 300 credits/month, billing period Sep 8 – Oct 7), with a warning icon next to the number.
This looks like the known stuck operational-credits flag bug reported by several other Free plan teams since July 2026.
