Hello,

Please help, as the domain registration is stuck at “Preparing your domain…” it’s been over 24hours and there are no updates. Happy to have a web meeting if needed to see how we can resolve this issue.

  • what domain are you trying to add?

If you share those additional details with us, we can assist you. Without them, we simply do not have the minimal information to even attempt to debug.
