The banner says “running on operational credits — production deploys and Agent Runners are paused,” but Usage & Billing shows 30/30 credits available. This looks like the known stuck credit-flag bug reported by many other Free plan teams recently. Could you please reset the flag and re-enable production deploys for my team? Thank you.
