Production deploys paused — stuck operational credits flag despite available credits

I’m seeing the banner “now running on operational credits — production deploys and Agent Runners are paused”, but my Usage & Billing page shows 30/300 credits still available for the current billing period (Aug 11 – Sep 10).

This looks like the known stuck internal credit-exceeded flag bug affecting other Free plan teams recently (confirmed by Netlify’s own AI assistant when I asked).

Could someone from the engineering team please reset the flag for my team so production deploys can resume? Happy to provide a screenshot of the Usage & Billing page if needed.
