Strucmind.ai DNS zone stuck on deleted account — can't add to new team

Hi, I’m running into an issue adding my domain strucmind.ai to my current Netlify project. I keep getting this error: “strucmind.ai or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team.”

The domain is registered on GoDaddy and is currently using GoDaddy’s default nameservers — it is not actively pointing to any Netlify account. The issue is that I previously had a Netlify account that I deleted, and the DNS zone for strucmind.ai appears to still be tied to that deleted account on Netlify’s backend.

I have already submitted a support ticket (case 561429) and added a TXT record to my domain in GoDaddy with the name verified-for-netlify and the value 561429 to verify ownership.

Is there anything else I can do to speed up the process, or has anyone dealt with this same situation? Any help is appreciated.
