Trady.dk domain stuck on deleted account

Hello Netlify Support,

I am trying to add my domain trady.dk to my new Netlify team, but I am receiving the error: “trady.dk or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team.”

I previously had this domain on an old account (associated with my GitHub), but I deleted that account without first removing the DNS Zone. Since the old account no longer exists, I cannot manually remove it.

Verification: I have added a TXT record at my domain registrar to prove ownership:

New Team Information:

  • Domain: trady.dk

  • Team ID: 69e9224ab4de5c61fb64ab05

Could you please purge the old DNS zone so I can link the domain to my new account?

Thank you!
