Hi Netlify Support,
I need a stale NS1 DNS zone cleared for my domain kingssupermarketrva.com. The domain was registered through Squarespace (which also uses NS1 for DNS), and their leftover zone is conflicting with my Netlify DNS zone.

Assigned nameservers: dns1–dns4.p08.nsone.net
Symptoms: The four assigned nameservers return inconsistent answers for the apex domain — some return my Netlify records, some return Squarespace’s old A records (198.185.159.144/145 and 198.49.23.144/145), and some return SERVFAIL. The answers rotate between queries. The www subdomain resolves correctly to Netlify from all four servers; only the apex is affected. In browsers this shows up as ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS or Squarespace’s “Private Site” page, depending on which zone answers.
Already done on my side:
- Delegated the domain to dns1–dns4.p08.nsone.net at Squarespace (registrar)
- Disabled DNSSEC (confirmed no DS records at the .com registry)
- Deleted all DNS records/presets on the Squarespace side
- Netlify dashboard shows the domain and Netlify DNS as active/green
Per the NS1 conflict guide ( [Support Guide] What you can do about this error message: "A DNS zone for this domain already exists on NS1" ), could you please remove the conflicting Squarespace zone and fully activate my Netlify DNS zone?
