I have two Netlify sites with custom domains stuck in an SSL provisioning loop. DNS verification passes instantly every time I click the button, but the certificate never actually provisions. When I reload the page it resets back to “Waiting on DNS propagation” with a spinning wheel.

Site 1: averogroup-attendance — domain: attendance.averogroup-apps.eu

Site 2: averogroup-service — domain: service.averogroup-apps.eu
What I have done:

Nameservers on Namecheap correctly set to dns1-4.p05.nsone.net

Both domains resolve correctly to Netlify IPs

Removed and re-added custom domains multiple times

DNS verification button always returns “DNS verification was successful” immediately

Certificate never provisions regardless
Please can someone from Netlify staff manually force SSL certificate provisioning for both domains.
