SSL provisioning stuck in loop — DNS verifies but certificate never issues

I have two Netlify sites with custom domains stuck in an SSL provisioning loop. DNS verification passes instantly every time I click the button, but the certificate never actually provisions. When I reload the page it resets back to “Waiting on DNS propagation” with a spinning wheel.

  • Site 1: averogroup-attendance — domain: attendance.averogroup-apps.eu

  • Site 2: averogroup-service — domain: service.averogroup-apps.eu

What I have done:

  • Nameservers on Namecheap correctly set to dns1-4.p05.nsone.net

  • Both domains resolve correctly to Netlify IPs

  • Removed and re-added custom domains multiple times

  • DNS verification button always returns “DNS verification was successful” immediately

  • Certificate never provisions regardless

Please can someone from Netlify staff manually force SSL certificate provisioning for both domains.
