Hi Netlify Support Team,
My custom domain saroli.cz (site name: sarolipartneri1.netlify.app) is stuck in an SSL provisioning loop (“We could not provision a Let’s Encrypt certificate”).
Our DNS administrator confirmed the external DNS setup is completely clean:
- Single A record pointing to 75.2.60.5
- CNAME www pointing to sarolipartneri1.netlify.app
- No AAAA, CAA, or conflicting records.
It seems the site is stuck in a Let’s Encrypt rate limit loop. Could a support engineer please manually reset the SSL certificate state and re-provision it for us?
