Cannot provision SSL certificate for custom domain airnjoy.be

Hi Netlify Support,

I can’t provision a Let’s Encrypt SSL certificate for my custom domain.

Site: curious-zabaione-155c35.netlify.app
Custom domain: airnjoy.be (primary) + www.airnjoy.be
DNS: Netlify DNS (I pointed my registrar OVH’s nameservers to Netlify’s dns1-4.p05.nsone.net)
Registrar/TLD: OVH, .be domain. DNSSEC has been disabled at the registrar.

Problem: www.airnjoy.be verifies correctly (green “Netlify DNS”), but the apex airnjoy.be has been stuck on “Netlify DNS propagating” for several days, and SSL fails with “We could not provision a Let’s Encrypt certificate for your custom domain.” Clicking “Verify DNS configuration” / “Renew certificate” doesn’t resolve it.

Could you please reset/repair the stale certificate state and manually trigger certificate provisioning for airnjoy.be? Thank you!

Gentle follow-up — still getting “bad dns for custom domain” when clicking Provision. Could you please reset the certificate state for airnjoy.be? Thank you :folded_hands:
