SSL Failure on Specific Edge Node (IP: 99.83.190.102)

Hi Netlify team,

I’m hosting my site at https://itsakphyo.me using your platform. While the site is now loading fine for me, I’m still seeing SSL handshake failures when testing via SSL Labs.

Specifically, one of the AWS Global Accelerator IPs — 99.83.190.102 — fails with:

"Failed to communicate with the secure server"

Here’s the SSL Labs report:

I’ve already:

Redeployed the site

Cleared cache and redeployed

Confirmed HTTPS redirect is working

Verified DNS is pointing correctly to Netlify

Could you please investigate or flush/resync the edge node?
