Hi,

I’m having trouble with my domain setup.

Site name: starfish-oxjal6e4q-b6e0f9.netlify.app
Domains:

· www.industrialpropertyuk.co.uk (primary, works fine)

· industrialpropertyuk.co.uk (apex, not working)

Problem:

· https://www.industrialpropertyuk.co.uk works.

· https://industrialpropertyuk.co.uk shows Secure Connection Failed.

· Domain management sometimes shows Awaiting external DNS for the apex, but DNS records are correct.

DNS records (GoDaddy):

A   @   75.2.60.5

A   @   99.83.190.102

CNAME   www   starfish-oxjal6e4q-b6e0f9.netlify.app

Certificate: Let’s Encrypt includes both apex + www.

Other domains with the same setup work fine. This one doesn’t — is there an issue with the apex setup or SSL on Netlify’s side?

99.83.190.102 is incorrect and shouldn’t be used.

You should remove it from the DNS of any sites you’ve mistakenly added it to.
