Hi Netlify Support team,
I am experiencing a persistent SSL provisioning failure for my custom domain: thebigvan.ca (along with www.thebigvan.ca).
-
Current Setup: The domain is configured to use Netlify DNS.
-
DNS Status: Globally propagated and verified. The Netlify dashboard shows a green check for “DNS verification was successful” .
-
External Testing: Running a test on
letsdebug.netreturns a clean “All OK!” result with no CAA or IPv6 conflicts blocking validatio n.
Despite this, clicking “Provision certificate” immediately triggers the error banner: “We could not provision a Let’s Encrypt certificate for your custom domain.” I have tried removing and re-adding the domain to clear the local state, but the error returns immediately.
Could an administrator please check the backend logs for my site, clear the stuck ACME validation state, and manually kick off the Let’s Encrypt certificate issuan ce?
Thank you!
