SSL certificate provisioning fails — DNS verified but cert never issues

Site name: effulgent-blancmange-12f449
Custom domain: 365archive.com

DNS verification passes successfully (green checkmark) every time
I click the button, but the certificate never provisions and reverts
back to “Waiting on DNS propagation” after refreshing.

Also getting: “We could not provision a Let’s Encrypt certificate
for your custom domain.”

DNS records on Gabia:

  • A @ → 75.2.60.5
  • CNAME www → effulgent-blancmange-12f449.netlify.app.

Please manually trigger SSL provisioning.

Hi, any update on this? Still seeing the same error after multiple retries.

Latest status:

  • DNS verification passes successfully (green checkmark)
  • Click “Provision certificate” → reverts back to red error: “We could not provision a Let’s Encrypt certificate”
  • Tried again today (April 27) — still failing

Could you check if there’s a rate limit issue on my account, or if there’s something on the Netlify side I should be aware of?

Thanks!
