Hi Netlify team,
I need help with manual SSL certificate provisioning for my custom domain
kruzhok-druzhok.ru on site aquamarine-belekoy-dccdaa.netlify.app.
Current state:
- DNS verification: successful
- DNS records: clean (only 2 NETLIFY records, no NETLIFYv6, no CAA records)
- Domain uses Netlify DNS (nameservers: dns1.p09.nsone.net, etc.)
- HTTP works correctly
- IPv6 endpoint (2a00:f940:2:2:1:1:0:62) shows Grade A on SSL Labs
- IPv4 endpoint (75.2.60.5) shows “Certificate not valid for domain name”
What I’ve already tried:
- Removed all NETLIFYv6 records as suggested by Netlify bot
- Removed and re-added the custom domain twice
- Clicked “Renew certificate” / “Verify DNS configuration” multiple times
- Verified via letsdebug.net (initial MultipleIPAddressDiscrepancy now resolved)
- Verified no CAA records blocking Let’s Encrypt
- Verified only single A record exists (Netlify’s 75.2.60.5)
Result: SSL/TLS section still shows “We could not provision a
Let’s Encrypt certificate for your custom domain”.
Could a staff member please manually force-reprovision the certificate
on the backend? This issue has persisted for several days.
Thanks!
