SSL/HTTPS issue for 3 newly added websites

Hello,

Uploaded yesterday 3 new websites, set them all with their custom domain, but HTTPS seems to not to want to get activated.

Is there something new with the feature ?
Previously I used to click on “Verify DNS conf” then I had a button “provision certificate”, I can’t see this button anymore, even if the verification is successful, I have instead “retry DNS verification”.
Is it now something automatic ?

Now I see :

  • Waiting on DNS “propagation”
  • I click on “Verify DNS configuration”
  • I got a message saying “verification was successful”
  • But I can’t provision certificate, there is no button to do it

Concerned sites and domains :
charles-express.re / cool-syrniki-8fe07b.netlify.app
transportbourbonfontaine.re / tiny-basbousa-376005.netlify.app
airmafateservice.re / resonant-lily-248f2b.netlify.app

Thank you in advance for your help

Hi @SimonWMX :wave:t6: ,

I’m not seeing any of those sites on Netlify yet so I’m not sure if you’ve added them as I cannot locate them. This would be why you can’t provision a cert quite yet. Maybe you have your dns pointing to the old site?

Hi @SamO,

Well, I can see those sites in my side, both Netlify and domain versions for all of them.
How come you can’t see them ?

HTTPS is still not working, DNS zones were changed more than 24 hours ago, and they correctly point to Netlify and not old site.

How can I fix that ?

Thanks

Hi @SimonWMX,

Thanks for the follow-up.

For each domain, charles-express.re, transportbourbonfontaine.re and airmafateservice.re, I’m seeing an IPv6 record that is causing the issue with the SSL Certificate not being created:

host charles-express.re

charles-express.re has address 75.2.60.5

charles-express.re has IPv6 address 2001:41d0:301::21

charles-express.re mail is handled by 5 mx2.mail.ovh.net.

charles-express.re mail is handled by 100 mx3.mail.ovh.net.

charles-express.re mail is handled by 1 mx1.mail.ovh.net.
host transportbourbonfontaine.re

transportbourbonfontaine.re has address 75.2.60.5

transportbourbonfontaine.re has IPv6 address 2001:41d0:301::21

transportbourbonfontaine.re mail is handled by 5 mx2.mail.ovh.net.

transportbourbonfontaine.re mail is handled by 1 mx1.mail.ovh.net.

transportbourbonfontaine.re mail is handled by 100 mx3.mail.ovh.net.
host airmafateservice.re

airmafateservice.re has address 75.2.60.5

airmafateservice.re has IPv6 address 2001:41d0:301:3::28

airmafateservice.re mail is handled by 1 mx1.mail.ovh.net.

airmafateservice.re mail is handled by 5 mx2.mail.ovh.net.

airmafateservice.re mail is handled by 100 mx3.mail.ovh.net.

Could you remove the IPv6 records and let us know if you’re still having issues?
