SSL certificate keeps failing - ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR on custom domain sharryinternationalagro.com

Hello Netlify Team,

I need help with my custom domain.

Project URL:
https://sharryinternationalagro.netlify.app

Custom Domain:
https://sharryinternationalagro.com

Problem:

The Netlify subdomain works perfectly all the time.

The custom domain opens sometimes, but randomly starts showing:

ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR

In Domain Management I also see:

“sharryinternationalagro.com doesn’t appear to be served by Netlify.”

Current DNS records at Namecheap:

I have already:

  • Waited several days.

  • Flushed DNS.

  • Re-deployed the site.

  • Checked DNS records multiple times.

Can someone please check whether there is any backend issue with my custom domain or SSL provisioning?

Update:

I contacted Namecheap support.

They confirmed that my DNS configuration is correct and globally propagated.

They advised that since these are Netlify’s official A records, the issue appears to be on the Netlify side.

Could a Netlify staff member please check the backend SSL provisioning and domain validation for my site?
