ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR on custom domain

ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR on custom domain. Certificate shows as issued (Let’s Encrypt, created May 12) but not serving. DNS A record correctly points to 75.2.60.5. www CNAME correctly points to endearing-travesseiro-fcd7ba.netlify.app. Renew certificate button has been clicked multiple times with no change. Please can you manually reprovision the TLS certificate.

  • Ports 80 and 443 both confirmed open

Steps already taken:

  • Clicked “Renew certificate” button multiple times over several weeks — no change

  • Removed and re-added custom domain — no change

  • Tested on multiple browsers, devices and networks — same error everywhere

Request: Please can you manually reprovision and redeploy the TLS certificate on your edge servers for irongatesolutions.co.uk. This appears to be a backend infrastructure issue as the certificate shows as issued but is not being served correctly.
