DNS issue:
A handful of users are experiencing a ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR when visiting our website, which I can’t recreate. This is happening in multiple browsers for the users, however, I asked one user to run curl -vI ``https://app.ezraailabs.tech in their terminal which made a successful tls handshake.
This makes me think its not a network/region issue and not a browser/plugin issue, but an issue with the certificate and/or their operating system software.
The user is also using up to date browsers and operating systems and their browser supports all versions of TLS.
We use an external DNS provider with an A record pointing to another server and a CNAME record pointing to Netlify.
How else can I debug this problem?
