Hello Netlify Support,
I am experiencing a sudden connectivity issue affecting multiple Netlify sites in my account.
The following default netlify.app sites are timing out or not loading from my location in Egypt:
https://tmd-questionnaire.netlify.app/
https://dentaroi-demo.netlify.app/
https://occlusa-team-feedback-20260603.netlify.app/
https://holomat2050.netlify.app/
https://kickstart-holomat.netlify.app/
This is not limited to custom domains. These are default Netlify subdomains.
I also had similar issues with custom domains previously:
https://www.occlusa.health/
https://app.occlusa.health/
https://nestalyzer.ddschoology.com/
https://www.drhaithamsharshar.com/
During testing, the failing netlify.app links were resolving to these IPs:
63.176.8.218
35.157.26.135
When the same hostnames were forced to use this IP, the sites returned HTTP 200:
75.2.60.5
Example result:
Normal request:
https://tmd-questionnaire.netlify.app/
Timeout / HTTP 000
Forced to 75.2.60.5:
https://tmd-questionnaire.netlify.app/
HTTP 200
This suggests a possible edge routing, DNS assignment, or regional connectivity issue affecting Netlify default subdomains from Egypt or my ISP route.
Can you please investigate whether these sites are being routed to an unhealthy or unreachable Netlify edge path from Egypt?
Please also advise if there is any Netlify-side setting, account-level configuration, or edge network setting that can stabilize the default netlify.app URLs without requiring custom domains for every site.
Thank you.
"My *.netlify.app subdomains resolve to 35.157.26.135 / 63.176.8.218, which don’t respond; they return 200 when forced to 75.2.60.5.
