Site unstable with SSL error on and off

Please support me with the following issue:

Site name: cozaint.netlify.app
Domain: cozaint.com

I published the website using custom domain two days back. the website is very unstable and throws and error on and off (the website loads sometimes and do not load many times): The error message is:

This site can’t provide a secure connection
cozaint.com sent an invalid response.
Try running Windows Network Diagnostics.
ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR

I have set the following A records at the domain registrar where the name server is:
A @ → 99.83.190.102 record
A @ → 75.2.60.5

Hi, @Antony_RObinson. Would you please confirm which chat bot provided the IP address 99.83.190.102? I ask because that is not a correct IP address for Netlify.

Other have reported that this is information ChatGTP is providing. Is that where you were told that 99.83.190.102 was the IP address to use?

Please delete the A record for 99.83.190.102. That should resolve the issue but if not, please let us know with a reply here.
