:police_car_light: Site Suddenly Blank & Deploy Logs Error – CDN/Deploy Outage? (bush2beech.com.au)

Hi Netlify Support Team,

My site bush2beech.com.au (project: splendid-salamander-bc7452) was working fine earlier today, but is now serving a completely blank page on both my custom domain and the Netlify subdomain.

Here’s what I’m seeing:

  • The deploy status shows “Production Published” but the site is blank.
  • Deploy logs display:

[ERROR] Deploy logs are currently unavailable. We are working on resolving the issue.

  • In the deploy details, all stages (Initializing, Building, Deploying) are marked as “Skipped”, followed by only post-processing.
  • Clearing cache isn’t available in the UI, and re-uploading my project ZIP does not resolve the issue.
  • This issue occurs on all devices and networks, so it’s not a local DNS or cache problem.

It appears to be a CDN or backend deploy issue on Netlify’s side, as no changes were made to the codebase and my files are intact.

Steps I’ve Tried Already:
:white_check_mark: Redeploying manually via ZIP upload
:white_check_mark: Testing both custom domain and Netlify subdomain
:white_check_mark: Flushing browser cache and DNS
:white_check_mark: Checking DNS records and SSL (both verified and active)

Could you please:

  1. Manually clear the CDN cache for this site,
  2. Re-trigger a clean deploy on your end, and/or
  3. Confirm if there’s an ongoing deploy/CDN incident affecting sites?

the site doesnt open under the domain. not sure how to explain it. it did open then 4 hours later it won’t.

@Krawz If you’re using Netlify DNS, you can:

  1. Try removing the custom domain from the site, and re-adding it to the site.

  2. If that doesn’t work, contact Netlify Support via:
    https://www.netlify.com/support/?topic=DNS+Errors
