Site is missing under Sites list section, but link is still active

My GitHub repo is connected to Netlify and whenever I push a change it is automatically deployed to the above-mentioned site.
The only problem is the site is missing in the Sites section of my Netlify dashboard. Due to this, I am not able to access the site deployments and logs. Has anybody faced this issue before? If yes, could you please let me know how to fix it?

Are you logging in to the correct account?

Yes, same account. removed netlify integration from git and readded. Then it worked.
