What is it you are trying to accomplish? You are wishing to use a presentation as your entire website?
Part of the issue is the presentation you are attempting to proxy is not public so requires signing into Google after which one needs to request access.
You might wish to look at Make Google Docs, Sheets, Slides & Forms public - Computer - Google Docs Editors Help and think about the Embed option rather than trying to use rewrites.
