Service cut off with "You have reached a limit for sites. Please contact support for further assistance."

All plans on the pricing page state unlimited websites. Yet our service got suddenly cut off without warning with an error message: “You have reached a limit for sites. Please contact support for further assistance.”

Yes, it says unlimited websites, but there’s a soft limit for 350 websites (I suppose). It’s there to prevent spam. It can be increased by a support engineer.

A warning or message anywhere regarding the soft limit would have been nice.
Now our operations need to halt until we get a response from a support engineer?

I agree it should be mentioned somewhere so others don’t get confused.

I wish I could say no. Maybe you can try contacting through helpdesk if you’re a pro customer. My guess would be that it would be faster than forums.
