Second form does not work

I’m looking for help with the second form on this page:

The first one works, the second one does not. Is it generally possible to have two forms on the same page?

hi there @katjacodes , it is technically possible to have two forms on one page, but it depends a bit on how they are implemented (do they have different names? are you using recaptcha?)

It is a good idea to verify that the first form is working correctly before adding a second one, and they MUST be distinct.
