Safari on mobile phone doesnt work properly

Hello, I hope everyone is doing great.

I would like to ask for your help. I am a no-code website designer and have started using Netlify for hosting websites like veritrade.cz. Everything works perfectly except for the Safari browser on iPhone. The websites either do not load completely or throw an error (“there have been repeated problems with this process ‘https://www.veritrade.cz/’”). On my older iOS system on the iPhone, everything works, while on the new 17.5.1, it’s problematic as mentioned above.

I would greatly appreciate any advice on how to resolve this issue.

Thank you very much!

I don’t have an iPhone to test, but this also doesn’t look like a Netlify issue. Netlify doesn’t do anything specific for a browser. If your website works elsewhere, it’s likely a browser issue. You can try checking if something is wrong using dev tools by connecting your device to a Mac, I believe.

Could this be caused by DNS records? I’ve already read something about it on the forum. However, I’m not very skilled in this area. Could someone take a look at it? I can’t understand why the website is only malfunctioning on Safari on phones and with the latest update :frowning:

No, as an issue with the DNS records would impact everywhere equally.
It would not be ‘operating system’ or ‘browser’ specific.

Your issue is outside of the Scope of Support.
It’s with the performance of your site code on a very specific device.

If you have access to the device you can use the ‘dev tools’ as @hrishikesh has suggested.

If you don’t have access to the device you can use tooling like Browserstack.

Doing so would help you understand what is occurring, although it may be outside of your skill set if you normally work with only no-code solutions.
