I used to host my website at one.com on WordPress. It ran on “wp.fullofwonder.be”
(I purchased the domain fullofwonder.be also at one.com)
I now created a new website, which runs at Netlify and also uses Netlify DNS. (for fullofwonder.be and for www.fullofwonder.be) So I configured the DNS servers at one.com to point to dns[1-4].p05.nsone.net
However, I would also still like to access my old WordPress website at wp.fullofwonder.be. One.com told me to point the A-record at 18.104.22.168, which I did.
Now, when I try to access wp.fullofwonder.be, I get a page (served by Netlify) with an error stating “Not Found - Request ID: 01G1Y1QE5Y7VVSZYSTKSRHC90M”.
How come this error page is served by Netlify? And (more importantly), how do I configure the DNS so that it ends up at one.com again?
I removed the Netlify DNS entry (only kept the A record). But wp.fullofwonder.be still ends up at the current website (fullofwonder.be).
It does take a while, so it feels like there is some redirection going on? I have no idea what I’m doing wrong here…
