Request of support for probabile dns issue

Recently we had to move our website to netlify but keeping the external email provider for sending and receiving email.

The external email server was working as expected but after sometime we noticed that the certified email funcionality didn’t work so I added another record for it (following the external provider istruction)

This caused problems (the original email not working anylonger) so I deleted the last record added(certified email).

Now I can’t still receive email even if my records are set to orginal configuration (the one that was working for the regular email).

What I have done wrong and how to troubleshoot? Thanks.

I solved the issue, first I have deleted and rewrited the main mx record for my email, this forced the system to update the change and restored the primary email functionality (adding the additional record caused the mx to not propagated at all). Then I have inserted the correct certified email record and now everything working fine. Thanks anyway.
