I own the domain coolpools.ca, which is registered with Namecheap.
The domain was previously connected to a Netlify site/team that I own. I have since removed the domain from that site because I want to connect it to a different Netlify account (my brother’s account).
However, when attempting to add the domain to the new Netlify account, I receive the following error:
“coolpools.ca or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team.”
I no longer need the domain associated with the previous Netlify team and would like it released so I can connect it to the new Netlify account.
Could you please check whether the domain or DNS zone is still attached to another Netlify team and remove any existing association?
