So, I have an account that I use for client projects, I log in via github but recently both my git and netlify accounts were disconnected from the PC and now I can’t log in anymore, it says that my password is incorrect, I tried to recover it via gmail but it was also disconnected, I suspect that I downloaded something malicious and they managed to change the password for that account. I’m going to leave some account information below, I need you to return access, there are clients of mine waiting, you can check that the access IP is the same as mine, anything, look at the activity there,I was logged in a few weeks ago, if I’m not mistaken on the 17th, then I had to travel and when I went to log in today, the problems I mentioned above appeared.

I’m not seeing any blocks on your account, could you describe the behavior you’re seeing when resetting your password?

It’s not that the account is blocked, like I said, I log into it via github, and apparently my github was hacked, the password I always logged in to is incorrect, understand? I need a password reset process and perhaps changing my email because I believe they have already changed everything in my github account and then I can’t log in to netlify

@iurifb Do you have access to and control of your GitHub account?

If you log in to Netlify via GitHub then technically speaking you do not have a password with Netlify.

Thanks for letting us know about the login issue with GitHub. The usual solution for this issue is the following steps.

  1. Login to Netlify using the email address and password only.
  1. Once logged into Netlify with the email address and password, then change the GitHub account associated with this email address here: Netlify
  2. Log out of Netlify.

Once this is done, you should be able to log into Netlify using GitHub or the email address. Both methods of login should work now. If they do not or if there are any other questions, please let us know.

That’s the problem, the email I use on this account is testeparaprojetos1@gmail.com but as I said, somehow they managed to access my email and changed everything, they also changed my github password so I can’t log in anymore, if you would allow it Any change of email so I can change my password from there, that would be better.

I am seeing an account associated with testeparaprojetos1@gmail.com. That means you are still able to request a password reset at that email to successfully log in. If you no longer have access to that email address, unfortunately there’s nothing we can do to assist in changing the email associated with the account. I’d recommend you create a new account if that’s the case.
