Purchased domain (mehmetalan.com) no longer appears in my account

Hello Netlify Support Team,

I created my Netlify account using GitHub. My current team name is mehmet-mntjudm, but I’m not sure if this was the same team name when I originally purchased the domain.

In April 2024, I purchased the domain mehmetalan.com through Netlify and linked it to my personal website project hosted on GitHub. At that time, everything was working smoothly and the site was live.

However, I have recently noticed the following issues:

  • The domain mehmetalan.com no longer appears in my Netlify dashboard.
  • When I visit the domain, it shows a different website that does not belong to me.
  • According to WHOIS records, the domain is still active and registered until April 2026.
  • The DNS records no longer point to Netlify’s nameservers.
  • The project I created to publish my website is also missing from my account.

Could you please help me recover access to this domain under my account, or provide information about what may have happened?

I would really appreciate your assistance.

@mehmtalnn07 Netlify staff will almost certainly promote this request to a support ticket so they can deal with it privately.
