Hello Netlify Support Team,
I am requesting your assistance regarding a domain ownership issue that is preventing me from continuing my project on Netlify.
Domain:
I am the legitimate and current owner of this domain, which is registered through Namecheap.
Several months ago I connected this domain to a Netlify project using a different Netlify account. That account and its associated project have since been permanently deleted, and I no longer have access to them.
However, when attempting to add the domain to my new Netlify account, I receive the following error:
“mas-coffee.com or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team.”
Since the previous account no longer exists and I am the verified owner of the domain, the current association appears to be an orphaned DNS record remaining within Netlify’s infrastructure.
I respectfully request that your team manually remove the existing association and release the domain so it can be attached to my current Netlify account.
I am fully prepared to verify ownership of the domain through any method you require, including:
• Namecheap account verification
• DNS TXT record verification
• WHOIS verification
• Any additional ownership verification process
Please let me know if any further information is needed.
This domain is actively used for my business website, and I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible.
