You’ve only received an auto response from bolt.new via their AI, which is trying to fob you off.
Everyone else is rightly pointing you back up the chain to where you originally purchased.
Netlify is an underlying provider in this case, just as Name is to Netlify.
As an example, Netlify Functions are actually AWS Lambdas.
Would you expect to be able to directly contact Amazon regarding your Netlify Functions?
If you had bought the domain with Netlify directly, it’s a simple case of contacting Netlify support.
