I need a domain deleted which I have registered at bolt.new. I have given up contacting them, because they do not answer. This is what I wrote to them

Issue Summary: I previously used the domain “mentanardagar.com” in old chat conversations on your platform. I have since deleted all of those previous chats, but the domain appears to still be registered in your system.

Current Problem: I am now trying to create a new project using the domain “mentanardagar.fo” but I’m receiving an error message indicating that it’s already registered in your system, preventing me from proceeding.

Request: Could you please help me by either:

  1. Removing the old domain registration for “mentanardagar.com” from your system, or

  2. Allowing me to register “mentanardagar.fo” for my new project

I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter so I can proceed with my new project.

@jubiijan Who did you register the domain with?

Are you attempting to use Netlify directly, or are you still working with Bolt?

If you aren’t a direct Netlify customer, then this is the wrong place to reach out for support.

Hi… Thank you for you´r reply. I am trying to use Netlify directly. I have used Netlify before. Even I registered the domain through bolt.new, now when I try to register it through Netlify it´s says the name is registered. So that has to mean the Bolt and Netlify are using the same system somehow…

I can see I have written mentanardagar.com that´s wrong. it´s mentanardagar.fo

@jubiijan It’s unfortunate because they have slow support, but if you registered your domain with Bolt, you will need to speak to their support, since you’re their customer.
