Production deploys still skipped — "account credit usage exceeded" despite paid credits available (sunny-pavlova-ca4bd7)

Hi Netlify team,

I have an active production site that has been blocked for several days with the message:

Skipped due to account credit usage exceeded

The issue: I already purchased additional credits, and then upgraded/paid again to try to unblock the project. My dashboard now shows available credits, but production deploys are still being skipped. This looks like a stale internal block or a stuck “credit usage exceeded” flag on the account that did not clear after payment.

Project details

  • Site: igamingsuite.net

  • Netlify project name: sunny-pavlova-ca4bd7

  • Plan: upgraded (see timeline)

Timeline

  1. Production deploys started showing as Skipped — account credit usage exceeded.

  2. I purchased additional credits → deploys still skipped.

  3. I upgraded/paid again to force-unblock the project → dashboard shows credits available, but production deploys are still skipped.

  4. I opened a support ticket and have not received a useful resolution.

  5. The live site is stuck on an outdated build and I cannot push updates.

What I need

  1. Confirmation of why deploys are still skipped when the account shows available credits.

  2. Whether the team/account is carrying a stale paused / credit-limit flag that needs to be cleared manually.

  3. ETA to manually clear the block so production deploys resume.

  4. Clarification on whether the second payment will be credited/refunded, since the service remained blocked after the first top-up.

Could a staff member please escalate this to Billing + Platform Engineering and manually clear the flag? Happy to share account email and ticket number via DM.

Thanks, Gustavo Albuquerque

Hey @Gustavo_Albuquerque , thank you for touching base, and sincere apologies for the hassle and the delay. It looks like this has since been resolved in the internal thread, but please don’t hesitate to reach back out if there is anything else we can assist with.
